I learned through family and constant practice
I have been cooking for 18 years, rooted in my grandmother’s recipes and shaped by experience in 20 restaurants across the region, including time working with the renowned Javier Placencia.
I honor the freshest local ingredients
I cook everything from scratch with a lot of love, using the freshest local products and pairing my dishes with Mexican wines, spirits, and craft beer.

































Chef Sabastian Zavala created an unforgettable dining experience for my best friend's 60th birthday dinner. The grilled octopus ceviche was absolutely outstanding and easily one of the best dishes I have ever had. Every course (5) was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, with plenty of left overs for the next day! He was open to changes courses to accommodate guest which food allergies. Chef Zavala was professional, warm and attentive. He always had a smile on his face and made everyone interested in the food that he was serving. I would highly recommend Chef Sabastian Zavala for any special occasion.
